At Zuri Pets, we’re dedicated to providing a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish. To keep everything clear and transparent, we encourage you to review the information below, which outlines our shipping methods, delivery timelines, and important policies.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
A.  Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We truly value our customers, which is why we partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.  

 

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 1–3 weeks, depending on your location.

 

In fact, over 85% of our orders arrive within 2 weeks.

Please note that on rare occasions, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or logistical challenges.
 

If this happens, rest assured—we’ll keep you informed and work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


If you have not received your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

B. Our Order Process

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.


During this time, we prepare your items, conduct quality checks, and ensure everything is ready for shipment.


Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and should be considered when estimating your total delivery window.

You’ll receive:


A confirmation email once your order is placed


A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

C .Can I Make Changes to My Order?

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request changes or cancellations. Please contact our customer support team at sales@zuripets.com within this timeframe.

After 12 hours, we’re unable to make changes once the order has been placed. This includes:

  • Changing items or sizes

  • Updating delivery or billing addresses

  • Adding or removing items

Can I Get a Price Adjustment After Purchase?

As an online store, our prices may change due to factors such as:

  • Exchange rate fluctuations

  • Increased supplier or shipping costs

  • Product improvements

  • Market price changes

  • Sales or promotions

For this reason, we’re unable to offer price adjustments, refunds, or store credit for price differences once an order has been placed. 

I Think My Shipping Address Is incorrect ?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


Unfortunately, once this window has passed, we’re unable to modify the address with the courier.


If a delivery cannot be completed, the parcel will be returned to us, and an automatic refund will be issued once it arrives back at our warehouse. 


You can monitor this process via your tracking information. 


Please note that if an incorrect address was entered at checkout, Zuri Pets cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered orders, and we’re unable to offer a replacement or refund in such cases. 

What If My Tracking Hasn’t Updated ?

No worries! Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours; however, delays may occur during transit.


We recommend checking your tracking details first to see if there are any courier-related issues, such as customs processing or address discrepancies.


If you believe you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can assist you.
